Moving Garments Meditations: Critical yoga and embodied sensory practices as a counter narrative for Western centric fashion industries. Participation Details: The meditation session will commence online. The activity involves a 30-minute slow-moving meditation focusing on gentle breathwork and basic yoga poses. Participants will follow instructions via an AI-guided voice or projected text. After the meditation, participants are invited to share a 5-minute reflection through text or drawings.
Participation in this research is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw at any time. Contributions can be made anonymously, and participants can request to have their reflection anonymously. Any sensitive information provided will be protected and not shared publicly. By participating, you will contribute to research on sustainability and critical fashion, enhancing knowledge on sensory experiences in fashion.
